• Agreement:  

These Sale Terms apply to all purchases from LA Eyebrows 64 257 910 378. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before purchasing.

• Products and Orders: 

You may order products as listed on our website. We may accept or reject orders based on availability and payment validation. An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. All products are for personal use only and cannot be resold without our consent.

• Pricing and Payment:  

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be made through methods listed on our site. Your order may be canceled if payment cannot be processed.

• Availability and Cancellation:

Products are subject to availability. In case of delays or inability to fulfill your order, we will notify you, and you may choose a refund, store credit, or backorder option.

• Delivery: 

We deliver Australia-wide. Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours on business days. You are responsible for tracking your delivery. If delivery attempts fail, additional fees may apply.

• Returns and Refunds:

There is no refund on treatments, treatment packages and sale items, unless in exceptional circumstances accompanied by a doctors certificate. Treatments and packages may be swapped over to other treatments of equal or less value.

• Liability:  

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the products. We exclude all other warranties and conditions, except as required by law.

• Privacy:  

We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles in handling your personal information.

• Governing Law:  

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

• Full Agreement:

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and LA Eyebrows, superseding any prior communications.
